10. Silver Sword After you’ve finished the starting quest you get to roam freely and it’s advised that you pick one of these up as soon as possible. The best way is to go straight to the Companions and go through that quest line, there you’ll find the powerful axe Wuuthrad but if you’re going for one handed then this is a good choice. It has low base damage but deals 20 extra damage against undead which is a huge amount, especially when starting off. You can also enchant it to have another effect, or if you have the right enchanting perks, enchant it twice! 9. 10. Aetherial Shield Armour:  26 (SPOILER) How to obtain:  Craft in the  Aetherium Forge . This was a difficult one to place at number 10 but I think it is the correct position. It looks unique and awesome but the base armour amount lets it down, as does the enchantment. Any enemy hit with this becomes ethereal, this might be good for escaping enemies or balancing the odds if you’re against a group but that’s about it. Overall it isn’t worth the huge amount of effort required to obtain it. 9. Falmer Shield Armour:  28 (SPOILER) How to obtain:  Loot. The Falmer sure now how to build some strong armour, this shield can be easily obtained from any Falmer wielding one. 10. Glass Bow of the Stag Prince Base damage : 16 Shots per second : 0.625 Skin : Glass Bow (SPOILER) Where to get it :  You can obtain it from  Falas Selvayn  at the  Ramshackle Trading Post . He will either sell it to you or have it equipped (you can just pickpocket it). This bow is very easy to get, has a very nice damage output and a le ss than great fire rate. What it is best for is the enchantment, for every 20 animals killed you will get a bonus for 5 extra Health and Stamina (up to a maximum of 25). This bow goes really well with Mods like  Hunting in Skyrim  and  Frostfall  (PC only), if you’re into that kind of stuff. The only reason it is only entry number 10 is because the 25 Health and Stamina aren’t offensive enchantments, which are what you really want in a bow. 9.
